Recovery Dharma Global is a nonprofit organization providing materials, and supporting local groups to assist in recover from addictive substances and process addictions. Their approach incorporates meditation as a daily practice supplemented with recovery meetings and the support of wise friends and mentors.
Alcoholics Anonymous
Alcoholics Anonymous is a long-established and proven approach to overcoming alcohol addiction. Free of charge, membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem.
Narcotics Anonymous
Narcotics Anonymous believes that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use, and find a new way to live. Their message is hope and the promise of freedom.
Al-Anon
Al-Anon And Alateen provides support for friends and family members of alcoholics. Their website provides resources as well as local meeting information.
